Act 3: For sure, you lose her as a companion, the chance of getting Minsc as a companion, and any chance of getting the Thieves' guild to support you. If we go to moonlight towers first and fight Ketheric we can't kill him because we need to get the relic which is the nightsong. We go save nightsong before moonlight towers and you get locked out of everything and go to act 3. Makes no sense cant find anything that says what to do correctly.
