It’s not a scam, they either couldn’t access the location (locked gate, the mailbox was full,after hours etc) or the more likely scenario- they didn’t have the time to deliver it today. They need to mark a reason as to why they didn’t deliver, and it’s usually “no access to delivery location”. Take it easy, it’ll all work out ...I don't understand this.
