The February 2025 Texas Bar Exam (UBE) will be administered in-person on February 25-26, 2025, at the Palmer Events Center. For more information, see our Bar Exam information page. Phones may be stored with Mobile Lockers. There is no additional fee for this service. See the FAQs for more information. $10 per day (no in and out).Jan 7, 2023 · The State Bar of Texas was formed in 1939. It is a mandatory bar with over 100,000 members. Texas is one of 40+ jurisdictions that have adopted the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE). Texas first administered the UBE in February 2021. Texas also requires the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE). All states and territories except Louisiana and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico subscribe to the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), which is a standardized set of 200 multiple-choice questions usually taken on the first day of the state bar examination. The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) prepares the test questions.
