I have a window that does not operate automatically on the way down and only raises 40-50mm per pull on the way up. I have tried the reset method over and over. I then stripped the entire system and found nothing wrong with the motor. So I left my outback parked for a few days with a dome light on. It did -not- kill the battery. Now my passenger wont move from EITHER passenger side OR driver side, so it isn't a dead battery reset. Check for power to the switch (key on), no power to switch check plug and wires for corrosion/ damage.
