If you kill the shard dragon guarding the rubricator and reanimate it. It comes back to life silly strong 80-90k. Use like a 25k purpose built fleet to get it and then become the strongest in the galaxy lol.Use excessive corvettes with afterburners and torpedoes since it's not like the dragon has point defense. Take a solid 40-50k and you'll be fine. 20k fleet power minimum. Talk to the science enclave pay them for a damage bonus. Also look up the wiki and build a counter fleet.
