Lying to customers about bullshit delivery estimations must be a new directive from management.yeah no. what that actually means, in most cases, is that the worker truly couldn't access your location. this could be because of animal interference, no access to an apartment building (sometimes new carriers are on new routes they don't know, and thus don't have the keys for the correct buildings), or the location literally couldn't be found.
