The NGN to me was way more simplified than the previous NCLEX. However the case studies are more so do you know this disease process and how to treat it. It doesn't give you leg room to guess like you really have to know the disease and the exact thing to do. What are the chances that someone fails after 75 questions? I thought it was hard but I don't feel like I did so bad that I failed at only 75 questions but I'm just not sure!! I had a lot of SATA and prioritization questions but I'm almost positive I missed the last question, and I heard if you missed the last question that means you failed.Last year, NCLEX covid polices removed the 15 research questions that were not scored.
