The problem with texting pictures started the day I refilled my minutes. I get a message that says "Service not activated on network." I have a Samsung phone. I've cleared every cache I could, deleted a lot, nothing works. Some people can receive my pictures just fine but other cannot send or receive.Message not sent: service not activated on network.
