More MAK-90 rifles were imported from China than any other model of semi automatic AK type rifle from any other country. Stamped MAK90 can be either straight back or slant back. The only way to tell is to ask the seller to take off the stock & confirm before you bid. There has been talk about seeing where the position of the Norinco logo is, but I dont think this is a reliable way to determine. A milled MAK90 will almost certainly have a slant back.
