Rotate the motor while watching the intake valve open and close. Go to the T mark on the flywheel. This is TDC on the compression stroke. Adjust the intake valve to .13mm and the exhaust to .18mm (these settings work best for your motor). Rotate the motor over a few times and double check your work. Simple. The needle valve isn't sealing. Probably has some BS in it. Try this- Shut the gas off, then pull the drain on the bottom of the bowl and let all the gas out. That will allow the float to fully drop and open that valve. Then turn the gas back on. If you are getting backpressure your exhaust valve is most likely the cause. All burned gases that could not escape are flowing back through your intake valve, fix this before running it again ...
