The JD BH forward reverser is very slow to engage when hot but works find when cold (meets factory tests). Reverse is fine hot and cold. I want to use a fluid that meets the JD specs. I have to do back to back changes since it is milky so that is 20 gallons. The picture of the other side of the can may clear up a lot of questions.also uses different steel disc. The T20717 steel separator plates are often confused with the T31732 plates used in the later steering clutches. To be sure which plates you have in your clutch the thickness should be measured. The T20717 will measure closer to .087 while the later discs will be closer to .097-.099.
