I haven’t personally heard of anyone (though of course there are cases bc it’s not 100%) having a different gender than the fetal sex determined by baby’s DNA in NIPT. 1.The MFM called me with results on the phone saying the NIPT results and then paused to announce the sex which was nice so that's how we found out. The only weird/unhelpful thing was that the results have not been added to the Invitae website/portal. That was weird but not a huge issue or concern for me.
