I am getting 2 dirt clumps every 5 seconds, with 328.5% water pressure into my drills, and 330% into my harvester. Yes. It's all about depth. So the drill doesn't matter as much as how deep you dig. The only exception being icehelm which has the better dirt the farther in that you dig.
