Ive seen it blink as a security alarm indicator. Anyway, I brought it into Honda and they think it was a glitch. Hopefully that’s what happened. In order for the radio to allow you to re enter the code, you must clear the radios memory by pulling the back up fuse for about 10 minutes or you can also try to remove both battery terminals from the battery and touch them together for 10 minutes. 2019 honda crv flashing red light on dashboard when off. 30 .
