Just the one with the problem, if that is indeed the problem. On the drivers side: Lower = blend door. Responsible for setting the temperature of the air, mixing heat & AC. Upper = mode door. Responsible for selecting where the air comes out, like face, feet, or defrost.Took it to dealer and they claimed the AC/Heater Actuator Plate needed replacing.
