After 4 visits and 4 different sets of inserts, more back pain, more hip pain, more leg discomfort and less sleep at night. Not good customer service with follow up. A waste of money. This caused me to lean to the shorter side which contributed to poor balance and muscle fatigue on the leg which now longer. The TV ads for the Good Feet Store convinced me to visit my local store. I found the staff was knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful.Had to return the first pair as came up small (length not width), not received refund yet so can't comment on customer service.
