The water reservoir at the top left side of the unit is low or the floater is stuck at the bottom of the reservoir. You'll locate the reservoir by remove the back plate. You'll see the water tubes running upwards into the reservoir. Remove the 2 screws holding the top cover of the unit.The Opal ice maker bin does not keep ice frozen indefinitely. After a time, the unused ice melts and the water is recycled to make fresh, delicious chewable ice for your enjoyment.
