It is most likely the ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor.What you have they call the red triangle of death unfortunately. This is telling you at the hybrid batteries have failed and will need to be replaced in the vehicle to fix this issue. It is a design flaw and unfortunately it is not covered under warranty or extended warranty anymore.
