At level 10, a Druid gets improved wild strike allowing them to make 3 unarmed attacks while in wild shape. An earth myrmidon. Grounded Thunder Strike does 5 + str (which is +4) bludgeoning + 3d10 thunder. Tavern Brawler makes the attack roll on this, go from d20 + 4 to being a d20 + 8. This is a huge difference in hit chance. Felt a lot more fun than pure fighter or pure monk and I still bagged 3 feats - PAM, Sentinel, and Tavern Brawler. Didn't matter that her highest stat was 16 without elixirs/items.
