It dims the lights and dash indicators. -The car functions normally (accessories, lights, etc) when key set to "ON" or "ACC". - This happened suddenly with no warning.Work on the starting issue first. It is highly likely that if the engine is cranking but not starting that it has thrown an OBDII code. You need a minimum of 5,000psi rail pressure for engine to start IIRC.
