Go into steam, steam apps, common, arma 2 OA, and then find the OA executable. right click on it and go to properties and set to launch as admin.

I cant seem to reconnect to my server since the server restarted today. Preface: My issue was server specific. I could reach other servers. But not my regular server. It would let me, on occasion, get on the game on my regular server.
