I have an older Directv setup - an HR22-100 in the living room and a H21-100 in bedroom with an SL5 LNB dish with a Multi-switch. I do not have a SWM set-up... 771 is a dish alignment problem, 775 is no power to the SWM LNB on the dish arm. If what you are calling a SWM box is the power inserter then yes that maybe the problem but DTV considers this as a tech install only so will not ship one but you can get a 21v one online. 0. 0.My 91 year old mother had a new roof put on.
