Who We Are. Loved at Last Dog Rescue (LALDR) is a Vancouver-based, registered non-profit organization that focuses on finding homes for dogs in need. Our organization is made up of approximately 75 semi-permanent volunteers, 100 on-call volunteers and 50 foster homes.
