New (mid-)month, new Civ6 game, just in time for the Christmas holidays! This time you play as Gorgo of Greece on a standard size pangaea map with low sea level and low resources on Emperor level. You also get some disasters and corporations, and you need to win via a culture or diplomatic victory. You can take this challenge until January 15! The Seven Seas map is probably my favourite map. The AI just sucks at naval warfare and generally doesn't build much of a navy. Try Seven Seas. It's is a big Pangaea that cover the whole map, with some bodies of water spread around. It isn't exactly what you're asking but it's the closest you gonna get and IMO it's the best map script in the game. There will be islands in some of these bodies ...
