It certainly hasn't gone over quite as well as they thought it would.The XT has a traditional butt and recoil pad configuration so it will be easier to make fit you. Both guns are built on tried and true platforms and are the most selling (Cx series) and best gun (725) Browning is selling right now. 725 is a better gun. I have a CX White with 32s and I love it. If it is light weight that you are looking for the Feather fits the bill. As I recall it is 16 oz lighter than the 725 Field. I have never consider dedicated grouse guns as a high volume shooter so shooting light loads on Grouse and WC recoil should not be a recoil issue if the gun is fitted properly.
