Here in the UK big cities have a "Park and Ride" system where you park your car at a car park on the edge of a town and then catch a bus from there which will take you into the town center. One way to limit this a bit is to add a road into the garage where the garage entrance is located. Cars will drive down this road and then levitate to park. Plus when leaving they will get on the road and appear to drive out of the garage. Makes garages look MUCH better.
