The recall is expected to begin in September 2014. Owners may contact Cadillac customer service at 1-800-458-8006 or Chevrolet customer service at 1-800-222-1020. GM's number for this recall is 14532.Have a 2013 SRX with the same problem (29,789 miles). Touch screen went out > Took it to the dealer and was charged $129 for a diagnostic test . They could see it wasn't working without doing a diagnostic. They replace the cue and it cost $1315.75. I was told there wasn't a recall for the cue screen. Like to know more about the recall from GM.
