Alienware keyboard lights not working
I'm hoping this is a simple fix. The LED lights for the keyboard or "AlienFX" works just fine when it is charging and plugged in. However, as soon as I unplug the laptop the keyboard or touchpad no longer lights up no matter what I do. This is annoying because I can't use my laptop in the dark because I can't see the darn keyboard.Referring this 2019 thread = 17 R5, power button led not working. Same issue here but with different model m17 R5. Followed your instructions and it worked until the system resumed after sleeping. Lights worked while sleeping but on resume, power light and alien head on lid stopped working. Did a "shutdown" and lights are back on.
