Deplete umbras shields
Both the Umbra sword as well as the masque of Clavicus Vile are trash for late game. The Umbra sword is pretty good early game though and better than most swords you'll find until mid-late game. I'd say if you're doing the quest on a new character or low leveled character, get the sword. The recharge rate is very useful if you are planning extended sessions in RES.
