I contacted them about the feeling of the 1-2 & 2-3 shifts feeling like they are lurching into gear, and they suggested checking the fluid level as they have seen lots of F150's not ...understand that draining just the pan, puts you at about 50% new fluid and 50% old fluid. drain and fill it again, and you have 75% new and 25% old. drain and fill again and you have 87.5% new AND 12.5% old. repeat the process and after 17 drain and fills, you would have gotton 100% of the old fluid out.
