2015 jeep wrangler code p0128
7 posts · Joined 2021. #1 · Mar 1, 2021. When driving on the road, my CEL came on, managed to scan it and my scanner came up with the P1239 code. Haven't heard that one before I so I looked it up and apparently it calls for my engine oil temp being too low. Has anyone else had this code in the past, if so, what did you do to correct it?This is what I found on that code, not sure if it will help. "Some customers may complain of a MIL illumination. During diagnosis, DTC P0128 may be stored, indicating that “thermostat rationality has been set.”. This condition may be caused by the block retaining feature for the thermostat not holding the thermostat in place.

Yes. Only code p0688 comes on, if I remove the relay then p0688 is still on and p0685 also comes on if I remove the relay then only p0688 remains.
