Here's a little background on what we've done so far. - We confirmed that the heater core is healthy and coolant is flowing properly. We had it flushed and checked out last winter.Pop off the top panels, center stack pieces radio, center console, footwell pieces and side panels. Remove 4 bolts up top, remove top vents, all bolts in center, bottom 2 side bolts. Remove 4 steering wheel bolts and 2 silver bolts under there also. Lower the column. It may use resistance wires which may have a break in them...if so try twisting the broken wires together. It may use carbon tracks which could be difficult to fix. If a 12v outlet cover has a picture of a battery on it, that outlet works all the time. Try a different power cord in the suspected failed outlet. You may have a bad cord, not bad outlet.
